Nurse's Leadership Challenges in Primary Health Care: A Focus Group Analysis in Albania

For health and care systems to succeed in the future, primary head nurses must demonstrate leadership. A focus group discussion was used assess nurses' leadership abilities 2022 Albania. The composed of 12 nurses, two men ten women, with a mean age 40 ± (SD) years old. Eight participants were charged duty nurse for more than five years, while seven position paid years. majority reported they lack clearly defined, written job description relevant position. Additionally, stated that lacked reference work plan based on which organize coordinate associated healthcare service activities.
